Uplift Nanny was created from a simple observation: many individuals and families are doing the best they can, yet still feel overwhelmed by the demands of daily life.
Schedules become difficult to manage. Communication breaks down. Transportation needs increase. Household responsibilities grow. Support systems become inconsistent. Not because people aren’t trying, but because modern life often requires more structure, coordination, and support than one person can provide alone.
Founded by Linda Orji, Uplift Nanny was built to bridge that gap. Linda Orji — Founder & Creator of The Uplift Standard™
Linda Orji is the founder of Uplift Nanny and creator of The Uplift Standard™, a philosophy rooted in intentional support, structure, emotional intelligence, communication, foresight, and proactive household care.
Drawing from more than a decade of hands-on experience in childcare, family support, management, wellness, and household organization, Linda developed a systems-based approach that considers not just the task at hand, but the people, routines, relationships, and moving parts that make a household work.
Through Uplift Nanny, she aims to redefine modern household support by combining relationship-based service with intentional systems that help households function more smoothly, communicate more effectively, and feel more supported in everyday life.
Household Support Specialists
Our Household Support Specialists are trained to do more than provide assistance. Our specialists may also help train, mentor, and support household employees, caregivers, nannies, companions, and other members of a household support team. By sharing proven systems, expectations, communication practices, and support strategies, we help create greater consistency throughout the home so everyone is working toward the same goals.
