What is Uplift Nanny?
Uplift Nanny is a premium household support consulting practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina, founded by Linda Orji. We help busy households bring structure, calm, and trusted support to daily life, guided by our framework, The Uplift Standard™.
Is Uplift Nanny a nanny placement agency?
No. Uplift Nanny is a consulting practice rather than a traditional placement agency. Instead of simply matching a family with a candidate, we learn how your household actually runs and then help design and support the right structure for your family.
What services do you offer?
We offer three core services: Companion & Chauffeur Support, which keeps daily routines, transportation, and errands running smoothly; Household Support Consulting, which brings systems and structure to how your home runs day to day; and Nanny & Parent Consulting, which helps families and nannies build a strong, well-communicated working partnership.
Where are you located and what areas do you serve?
Uplift Nanny is based in Charlotte, North Carolina. We serve families throughout the Charlotte area, are available to travel, and also offer virtual consultations for families elsewhere.
How do I get started?
The best first step is to start your support profile, which tells us about your household and what you need. From there we schedule a consultation to talk through your situation and recommend the right kind of support. One-time, flat-rate day purchases are also available once you have a profile and a consultation in place.
What is The Uplift Standard™?
The Uplift Standard™ is the framework behind everything we do. It defines how we approach household support — with emotional intelligence, professionalism, discretion, and intentional, systems-based care — so families experience consistent, trustworthy support.
Do you offer training for support professionals or agencies?
Yes, both are in development. Household Support Specialist Training is a structured program for individual support professionals, and the Agency Training Academy is a partnership that helps agencies raise standards across their teams. You can join the early interest list on each program’s page.
