# Uplift Nanny

> Uplift Nanny is a premium household support consulting practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina, founded by Linda Orji. We help busy households bring structure, calm, and trusted support to daily life, guided by our framework, The Uplift Standard.

Uplift Nanny is not a traditional nanny placement agency. We are a consulting practice: we learn how a household actually runs, then design and support the right structure for that family. Engagements begin with a support profile and a consultation rather than direct checkout. One-time, flat-rate day purchases are available once a profile and consultation are in place.
